Good: Days when plenty of activities available (time passes early). Access to garden. Hot water available. Leave to walk outside ward. Ward kept very clean on a daily basis. Food good. Use of telephone. Improvements: Plenty of activities everyday - Some days currently have few activities, and time passes slowly. (Some activities cancelled at short notice). -Good, but how about a couple of benches for seating - There is one, unused, in garden area at end of East corridor. Baths needed as well as sharers. Wash basins need to be better, with plugs, showers can be too hot. (Thank you, cleaning staff). Hot desserts occasionally.
