I feel the staff are very respectful. Most of the reception staff are very welcoming. Having the opportunity to attend CTMs has been insightful and beneficial.

There have been odd occasions when I have booked a visit to see my cousin and he has been placed in ICA; hence the visit has been cancelled but I have not been notified. A phone call before I arrived would of been appreciated.
