As a concerned parent I felt I was listened to and my concerns were taken into consideration. Personally I would like there to be a dedicated email address to which I could send my thoughts and concerns regarding treatment as I find it difficult to express my thoughts during conversations with the medical staff and forget what I wanted to say/ask. I realise there might patient confidentiality issues but am sure these could be overcome. PS when I first filled in this survey I did not select a date of discharge as my son is still on the ward, when I clicked continue it sent me back to fill in the date unfortunately it also erased what I had written in this box which I found annoying.
