During my short stay in the Phoenix Ward I found the staff very compassionate and caring. I always felt comfortable talking to them and they made me comfortable when I felt anxious, especially at meal times because of me eating disorder. The observations can be a little annoying especially through the night but I soon got used to it. I'm very grateful for all the support from the staff here it's certainly helped me get through a dark time in my life. Thank you.
