Made information very easy with no jargon. Knew who to phone to get arrangement for deliveries of equipment. Put referrals through quickly. Able to request emergency medicines. It is so easy to feel overwhelmed by all the people, equipment and medicines etc. when having a chronic illness. Mum has felt cared for & safe.

The gynaecology outpatient staff was excellent. RN Danka, RN Egda (not sure the spelling) and HCA Jan were all professional and very caring. I will recommend this place who will need the same procedure like I had.
