Amy was really lovely and understood my problem. She's taught me how to strengthen all my muscles so I'm able to carry on my dance without pain.

I was asked to do things that I was very unsure about doing but the staff encouraged me and helped me and I tried hard to do better than the previous visit each time with their support. The first time I went I was very nervous but with their support I managed to do things that I thought I would be unable to do.

The physic took time to listen to my concerns, and took care o ensure that my 'return to exercise' was thorough I learnt how to build strength and stability.
I felt that my overall well being was considered.
