Esther, my physio was very thorough, empathetic and encouraging.
Her treatment has enabled me to lead life normally again after several months of illness.
The admin process has been excellent, with text reminders of appointments being very useful.
I cannot think of any improvements needed.

I was examined and advised by Esther Royston and found her to be very helpful and encouraged me to carry on and was shown how the operation was done.
To me this was very informative in a pleasant atmosphere.
I highly recommend this physiotherapy department.

After the initial wait from referral, the care has been brilliant.
I felt they listened to me and believed that I could get full movement back.

The care I had was helpful and the out come was good.
The exercises I was given progressed in difficulty which improved my mobility gradually without being too stressful.

I was a late substitute patient following a cancellation, therefore having only been given less than 48 hours notice by telephone, I was not aware of who I would be seeing for my consultation. However, I fully understand the need to fill all consultation appointment slots and therefore I believe this situation was handled very well in the circumstances. My consultation went very well and I was treated in a courteous and professional manner by all staff members. Amazingly the consultation was started exactly on time! I don't believe much could be done to improve the care I received, if anything. Thank you.
