I really appreciated that my physiotherapist took the time to explain what was going on with my condition and why the therapy was doing what it was doing. It really helped in my mind that I could almost visualise what the problem was and it helped me understand what can exacerbate things and (importantly) what the treatment was actually doing. Very friendly staff, appointment times were kept and the facilities were pretty good. I was also surprised at how quickly I was able to begin treatment after my GP had referred me.
