On every occasion I have had to attend appointments at Leatherhead Hospital out patients, I have been dealt with by Pollyanna your receptionist.She was a breath of fresh air, friendly, warm, polite, always had a smile and professional. To be greeted with a smile and warmth when attending a hospital appointment cannot be underestimated. I do hope that she was appreciated by whoever it concerns.
