Anne Taylor was very helpful, she was kind and compassionate and she explained all the options to me clearly and concisely. She didn't rush the appointment like a lot of other clinicians do, this made it feel as though she was genuinely interested in my case, and in helping me get better. She had obviously read up my notes before I saw her - what a pleasant change to other hospital appointments I have attended! She explained my MRI report to me in a language that I could understand. Overall it was a great experience to be treated by her and I would recommend CSH most highly.
