Knowledgeable friendly staff. Who take the the time to make sure you can decide on the right care plan.
Staff have been wonderful in making me realize achievable goals and that it would be foolhardy to over extend myself.

3. Sympathetic and clear discussion of exercise require and what it would achieve.
4. Realistic programme of exercises.
