Nursing staff could not do more for us. Very kind and understanding if I had a slight accident.
Domestic staff are very willing and again nothing is too much trouble.

It was jolly and very good for exercising just about everything you can.
I improved my balance (the reason I came was two falls - didn't trip or feel dizzy).
I found during exercise left leg imbalance.
