Personally, I was encouraged to work at my own pace, to begin with I was very weak and breathless, I was encouraged to do the breathing exercises,! As I grew stronger the exercises were less stressful, I will never get back to normal,! with my illness. But it makes my life easier, I want to come to help myself, I am encouraged by the girls. I don’t feel it needs improving.
