I was/am very impressed with the whole set up and attention which I received. I had been nervous and unconfident about exercise – though keen to get started – I feared my ability, being very unstable. However I had no need to worry. The content of the talks was very helpful and informative – some presenter were better than others – communicating with the audience, not just reading from the screen.
