Cording after mastectomy (underarm). I had excellent care and attention given by Jenna. However, I think it would be very helpful to take part in classes in which the arm exercises could be done with other people, following mastectomy. Then, to continue with the arm stretches in a class for cording under the arm. It is always easier, more useful and encouraging to undertake the exercises in a class with other people.
