Our son usually takes at least 15 minutes to find his confidence in new situations. However, the way the ladies were with him, settled him straight away. Ir was wonderful to see. Thank you so much. Amazing service.

The heavily test was made fun for my daughter so it didn't feel scary for her at all. Very friendly staff.

The ladies were very good at explaining the procedures in simple terms and made sure we understood everything. Cannot be improved in my opinion.
