Attended my appointment today and the hospital gym is too cold.
I was freezing and found it difficult to concentrate not good enough.
Pay and display machines in the car park (3 of them) are currently cut of order meaning a long walk to nearest machine which is difficult with a disability.

Kim explained in detail the reasoning for pain in lower back and demonstrated all exercises so I could complete at home to ease pain.
She was very understanding and very professional at all times.
