The exercises were perfectly explained.
Also I was able to understand what was wrong with my hips which helped with the process.
My specialist was very kind and polite always making sure I was comfortable.

All aspects of my 'injury' and treatment were explained in a way which I completely understood.
Physiotherapist was completely professional but also very friendly and put me at ease.
