I see the trollies that used to visit the ward with newspapers, etc have disappeared. Also was told toast not available for breakfast as the toaster has bee broke for more than 6 months. Hm-m-m-mp
The staff were amazing and dealt with me swiftly and professionally.
My first visit was good but I was told by the doctor if my rash got worse would I go back and have it checked. I did come back and I was sat in the waiting room with one other person. The other person went to see the doctor and I waited over an hour on my own. Thinking that there must have been an emergency and they need all the staff. I was eventually I was seen but they hadn’t had an emergency. I personally think they had forgotten about me. Luckily my problem wasn’t serious but left waiting disappointedly. I did see a doctor who was kind courteous. Luckily I’m very patient person but some people would had complain.
We were seen very quickly initially, however we had to wait 3 hours just for the doctor to send us home with advice to continue pain killers despite being in agony with my chronic condition
5* treatment from all staff involved in Jaydens care. Very prompt care from front reception to receiving TTOS and discharged. Thankyou to everyone.
I was looked after so well by the whole team in maternity. I've been in Jasmine, Honeysuckle and Blueberry and I have to say that every single midwife and doctor was so caring and kind. Particular shout outs go to:
Yvonne, who was so calming and decisive when I took a turn for the worse. She kept an eye on me every day and even came to see me when it wasn't her day on the ward. She helped to organise getting me home with a Pico dressing and continues to be a massive support. She has such a kind way with her and really makes me feel at ease and like she can fix any problem.
Steph, who speaks so beautifully and clearly and who answered all of my questions and helped me a phenomenal amount with my baby in the night when I was so ill and couldn't do it myself. She's a lifesaver and I can't tell you how much I appreciated her.
Amy and Vicky, who both sat with me the whole time through labour and got me everything I needed as soon as I asked for it. Both were extremely supportive.
Carley, whose positive mood and happiness was exactly what was needed when I was feeling really low.
Sammy, who was always there in seconds and made me feel like I was doing a good job when I was finding things difficult.
The Pink Ladies team, in particular Mandy Anderson, who has done so many check ins and helped me with breastfeeding. I feel massively supported by the whole team.
This isn't a complete list as everyone who has looked after me has done a wonderful job and I'm so grateful.
Just being honest
They were kind, caring, excellent at their job. Can't fault them at all.
Staff were kind professional and caring.
Very well informed about my problem .
