The whole team was welcoming, understanding of my daughters condition and acted promptly to get the correct scans and follow ups. The facility was clean and much more comfortable than the previous department. My daughter felt comforted during a traumatic time and we were assessed very quickly!

I believe when first entering and attending reception, we were very aware that the majority waiting could hear all our details. This may need to be considered in future.

I was treated so kindly and professionally by all nursing staff and porters and doctors. Made to feel at ease. Looked after superbly Thank you. And to Michelle And Paramedics too. Excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Day midwives amazing could not do enough for me, found evening staff a little more lacking and not as helpful like I was a burden when I needed help breastfeeding - this did not affect my level of care though and both sets of staff really advocated for me for medication and pain management

More information on c section recovery as I’ve left feeling anxious regarding my scar and what looks normal/abnormal

Can’t complain at all - very long wait times but couldn’t be helped

Not sure why I needed to see 3 nurses before I saw the dr really, feel like the resource could have been better used? X

Hi, I didn’t feel particularly welcomed by the Receptionist. I mentioned 256256 had advised me to attend. The triage Nurse provided the best care (thank you) was compassionate, approachable & explained there would be a wait to see Dr. I didn’t feel the Dr I saw was interested in me or my well-being. I mentioned about swelling knee & pain in back of knee. He didn’t feel back of knee. Nurse suggested I might need bloods to rule blood clot out - got prev history - & a scan. Was with Dr for about 3 mins. Didn’t feel good service from him. Told to ring my GP practice in the morning (which I have done & have been checked over thoroughly & prescribed meds).

Whilst we were waiting a patient was bleeding. Spots of blood were dotted around the floor & several staff walked past & clearly ignored. It took for me & another visitor to get the man concerned help. Appreciate you were busy but not pleasant to witness that. He had an amputated leg that wasn’t covered and was bleeding. As soon as I asked a passing Nurse to assist she did followed by a Dr. My Daughter wiped up the blood spots.

The care I received was amazing, all timely with care and consideration, I felt confident that all staff seemed trained to the highest standard, very grateful for the service
