The whole experience was good- a delay in anagram was frustrated by another patient wasting consultants time and not NHS fault- morning family or patient- should be banned!

Suggested improvements
The communication of what is happening- also the porters of the hospital need assessing- I was in a corridor after an x ray waited for 1 ½ hours in a email. The lady was did the xray took me back toward.
