Call bell answering sometimes long wait.
thank you for the lovely feedback, I am sorry you have had to wait for the call bell to be answered, we are waiting on a new system which will help us to identify what patient is ringing first, to help shorten wait times.
The willingness of the staff to multi task. Their cheerfulness, cleanliness and hygiene are well observed. Very obliging.
There are times when the staff are particularly pressured and the call bell takes a time to be answered. But this is understandable given the high dependency of patients in this ward.
They deserve more help.
