Have always found staff within the service to be helpful, however there have been a number of occasions when the reception staff are not so helpful.

Thank you for your comments. We have just formed a group of staff, service users and carers called the Creative Group who will look at how to improve our community mental health service. Comments such as yours are really helpful.
