Very prompt appointments and flexible cancellations list.
No feeling of being rushed by Dr Timmins who was also quick to explains all points inappropriate depth.
Flexibility of clinics allowed a large amount to be carried in one visit.
Negative: Clinic are exceedingly late.
We had an appointment at 11:00. We were on time but at 11:15 we were still waiting in the reception we understand this is NHS but we pay hard earned tax money to receive a "caring" service.
Kind and caring. Thorough assessment. Understood all my issues. presented a suitable solution.
