I was very nerves but (realise) that it was not tooibad. The staff were excellent.
As a previous very senior NHS manager and nurse I could not fault the service I received from the podiatry team led by [name removed]. Superb, responsive, caring with inspirational expertise. Having had two failed NHS foot operations from another hospital and with increasing difficulty in walking I emerged from [name removed]’s surgical expertise with hope - which resulted in me successfully completing my dream of running the London Marathon in 2022. I could not recommend it thank the team enough. A service to richly be very proud of
[name removed] is amazing - one of if not the best mental health professional I've ever had involved in my care.
Cannot fault the service and support I receive; I wouldn’t be here without the interventions at certain points in my journey

I have received very good care from one member of staff who has been very supportive and helpful to me. However, sorting out my treatment has not been so easy and I am still waiting after 3 months for a certain treatment to be started which has been extremely frustrating because I know that treatment should help me a great deal.

As I think there is more to offer for me with my mental health as I don’t think am right
[name removed] coordinates my package of care. She is kind, sensitive, helpful and fully engages me in my care. She seeks to resolve problems and I have to say in my recent crisis convening weekly meetings with me, my therapist and CC has been so supportive. I feel she always goes above and beyond to support me. She is a great asset to NHFT and I hope you can tell her what a great manager she is.
I have a new care coordinator, [name removed] who has had to support me in crisis and at my worst. She has listened, been kind and supportive. She too has helped me a lot over recent months.
I have a specialist recovery package of care, which [name removed] has organised. I feel this and NHFT willingness to fund and support my therapy and care package has enabled me to push forward along way in my recovery. I have not worked in 10yrs due to my MH, and I returned to work this year, due to this support. Recognising and providing individualised care packages supports the facts our needs are all specific and that this approach creates good outcomes. So thank you [name removed], [name removed] and NHFT
No one has even rang me to tell me what care and what treatment I'm under and no one come out and see me in 3 months not happy and want some answers
