Looked after me well. Would like consistant answers to my questions I'm told one thing by one staff and another rom someone else. Communication with relatives needs to be better, so many different staff in different shifts, feel need to be able to speak to one member of staff. As a relative I know the patient best and feel I'm not being kept informed, as I may pick things op first as I know them so well.
