One to one meetings/checks were good. More of those in the beginning of the care would have been good. I could not attend classes as they were not available on Fridays. I was away during the week and could only make Friday appointments or possibly Monday mornings.

All of the team showed a great amount of patient care and are very proffesional in their care. I ma kept informed on all things.

Everything. Got loads of help with his health related issues, weaning, and giving me good advice about how to keep him cool. If not sore then take doctors. Safe than sorry.
