My daughter was extremely anxious about her immunisations and visibly upset when we arrived. The nurse we saw, [name removed], was fantastic with her. She was kind, patient and understanding, which was exactly what we both needed. She made my daughter comfortable and took time to speak to her about her concerns before giving the vaccinations. We couldn’t have asked for someone more understanding and will definitely be returning when her next vaccination is due.
