This call and the last were hugely better than the calls I had going back 3 or 4 years. This particular call was constructive and suggested direction, earlier calls did not, they just served me back with the same info I had explained. Pointless. Well done to this professional-Lucy ?

The new system wasn’t easy to navigate, it wasn’t intuitive but I got there in the end after approximately 10 minutes trying. I consider myself computer literate, how those less able would cope heaven knows.
