The time that was taken to examine my daughter by Diane was very involved and made me feel that her condition was a priority. I was confident that her eczema would be kept under control through a 'trial + error' process which worked with in helpful to determine which regime helped her. Overall my daughter has gone from intense skin condition to something which hardly affects her.
