Some members of staff were extremely helpful and no matter how busy still looked after everyone with great care.
The NHS doesn't get enough praise.

The nurses were excellent, communication with my deaf and elderly mother was extremely clear and friendly. Trouble was taken to keep me and my sister fully informed. Everyone involved was approachable, friendly, and extremely professionally skilled.

From the first member of staff to last I feel cared for, calmly and professionally. I felt in safe hands. There was a lot of preparation to go through - mentally but it was gone through in a non-condescending way. Ward clean warm and not too hectic. No obvious improvements.
