The service provided for me was excellent.
I was here for over a week and I was treated with dignity and kindness. Nothing was too much trouble from the cleaners, nurses and doctors.
If I was asked to rate the hospital out of 10. I would give it 20.
Thank you very much.
The overall courtesy and clear information.
Very helpful. Cheerful staff. Very professional all of them.
The staff cannot do enough for you and are so friendly.
Nurses always there.
The nursing staff was caring without smothering. They were always pleasant and informative on each stage of the care. If I was being picky the main thing I would change would be that the "call bell at night would simply be a light - so that not everybody is awakened every time someone in any bay is requiring assistance.
The physical care was good, nothing to make a comment about. There appears to be a great deal of written work put into the black plied level and arch file . This however, did not overcome the embarrassing question of being asked about another patient's medication.
Very friendly, attentive and professional.
