Amazing radiographer (Sue I think) who was so genuinely caring, professional and quick. Lovely front desk lady too. All very efficient and not kept waiting long. Makes an unpleasant procedure (which reminds me with dread of my diagnosis) so much easier. Thank you! Improvement - Free car parking. :-).
