I would like to say thank you to all staff involved with my care and treatment, from the Ambulance staff thorough to ALL the staff at the hospital. The care and compassion shown was really reassuring at such a worrying time.
THANK YOU Cheltenham General.
Very impressed that all staff, whatever their status, appeared to partake in most jobs on Prescott ward. All very friendly and competent. No complaints at all. Staff made great efforts to make patients comfortable.
Everyone was very kind and understanding that I cannot walk very easily. It would be helpful to have a road map included when an appointment is sent out due to the very confusing one way system around the hospital. We had looked it up in advance but I spoke to two other patients who had had problems finding their way in! No everyone has access to a computer to plan their route in advance. Other than it is quite a journey to travel from the Forest of Dean, where I live, my experience today was excellent.
All my care was of a very high standard from the Ward sister to the people who supplied us with drinks all day . The ward although very busy , we were looked after with care and attention . Thank you to everyone
It was really friendly and helpful.
Most of the nurses were wonderful and lovely. Some were obviously very busy and so I was forgotten about a few times but I survived!
Care excellent.
A very very very very bad service.
Staff are very kind. The wait for an elderly (90) mother who hadn't had fluids for 10hrs was horrendous. It was cruel to keep her sitting in A and E ona hard chair.
I was seen quite soon on arrival.
Was found a bed where I stayed for the night. Not very comfortable but there were no beds on the wards.
Staff very good. Soon gave me pain relief. Other necessary drugs.
