Staff in the room made me feel comfortable.
Always relaxing me and explaining what and they were doing, very polite.
Staff were pleasant, allowed me to make decisions. The room seemed to be neat, clean and well looked after.
Staff treated me really well.

I was amazed by the care of the nursing staff and the politeness and courtesy of everyone. I felt I was given help and advice and every concern was addressed. Maybe a few prunes offered at breakfast may be a good idea, but all in all my stay in Alstone was a good experience.
