I was treated with great kindness and professionalism in a very calm, relaxing atmosphere.
All staff were very friendly, helpful and did their job extremely well I have great admiration for them.

Good. The staff were always willing to be helpful and reassuring whenever some little thing prompted use of the call button. Always explained what was going on and took concerns away. Improvement. Floors in the toilets/bathrooms often soiled by other patients -nature of treatments in the ward - considering all the advice on cleanliness in respect of eg. catheters, this was disturbing.

The information and could be made more clear as doctor comes at 5:00 pm and we have to come and wait from 3:30 pm as some nurse said, doctor will come by 3:30pm.
