Staff were professional efficient, polite, friendly and a pleasant to know. The quantity and profession of medication couldn't sometimes confusing sometimes to the point annoyed in my care. Given the obvious consultants food quality etc was OK maybe greater availablity of fresh fruits.

Everything was explained to me so that I knew what would be done. The entire staff looked after me so well, I wasn't left alone from coming around to being later to recovery. The speed in which I was seen by Mr. Borley plus his assurances put me at ease.
