The care I received was excellent. The waiting time was 5-10 minutes. The gentleman looking after me was caring and explained everything clearly and precisely. I am totally pleased with the experience. May I say I am very impressed with the NHS and the wonderful, dedicated service it gives us. We are very lucky indeed.

The sensitive and personal way things were handled at the Onchard center and very skilled facial surgery. The only tricky and unsatisfactory bit was the 'call center' way of making appointments.
