Joined up care, Welcomed on arrival in middle of night, All staff spoke directly, asked me and told exactly what they were going to do, Meals good with wide choice, Doctor from A&E kept me informed during night, Both consultants explained clearly and were not rushed, Bed changed in morning, Ward spotlessly clean - the cleaner watched being so thorough. What more can I say - I think this is a model of how this level should be offered.

Everything was perfect. The theatre experience was totally painless and staff very friendly and helpful. All ward staff were super calm, efficient and fun. Physios very helpful.

The nurses could not do enough for us, when we pressed our buzzer, thery were there straight away. they were all lovely the only thing that spoilt the stay in hospital was the food, Im afraidn it was awful these horrible mixed veg

All staff very friendly, and put the patient at ease, Explained what was happening each time they came to you. Just keep doing what you are doing.
