Really good communication from staff and felt very well respected- lots of mumours and smiles makes a really big difference. Thank you very much for being a great team. I had to wait around for a long time before surgery was last on the list.
I was looked after very well.
The staff were regularly very busy and therefore when patients required immediate attention, it took a bit of time before they were seen. Thats the only thing I think could have been improved.
From yesterday evening, Friday 5th August 2014, when I arrived in A&E, from the consulatant that examined me, to Mary and her team was excellent care toward's me.
When I was transferred to prescott ward the care also toward's me was 1st class/excellent as well, from Deborah and Gea to Ana and to all the other staff that looked after me I just want to say a very big thank you.
I found everyone was very helpful and very careing, and I never had to wait long if I needed anything done
Wonderful help at all times.
Thank you all for looking after me.
I really felt for Shaun the times I had him in to empty the mess I felt after drinking all that awful drink but I know it was for my own good.
God bless everyone thank you so much.

- V. happy with care given.
Everything was excellent.
No need for any improvement.
I was very impressed with the operations and after care I would name particularly Mathew and Megan for going the extra mile in their care also the young nurse assesing the anethatestic.
My only criticism was the rush in which physio therapist on sat was in to process me and get me out of the door. - Not good thus the "4" not 5. I found the majority of staff cheerful, friendly highly efficient. The smiles & cheerfulness goes around.
