For my short stay I cannot say enough about the care I expertize from all staff. A credit to Cheltonham Hospital and the National Health Service. My sincere thanks to all especially Dr Rainer and his staff.
Very good care.
Treatment
Care } excellent.
Cleanliness
Nursing
I was really impressed by the general care and standard of care and friendliness of the nursing staff in general.
Beds were wonderfully comfortable.
However the bedside tables were a nightmare. After your op you have no energy and the table proved a very heavy empos item to more to get yr drinks and food. One emmber of night staff left me for 10 mins on bed pan first night before op.
All the nurses/staff were very chatty and smiley. Its easy to feel a 'burden' when struggling in hospital but everyone made you feel welcome!.
Staff were great. Very polite, well mannered and professional and always made me feel comfortable.
The tea. Why can't I make it that home!
Fantastic team on the ward, all very proffesional and excellent attention to detail and nothing but praise.
Thank you all.
All the staff were extremely nice & kind & helpful.
The waiting around was the worst. It was not knowing how long things would take. It would have helped a lot if someone could have given an approximation of the time.
Food was rubbish!!!
Staff was brilliant!!!
I was looked after very well.
