The staff were totally professional and caring in all their contacts with patients. They took great trouble to ensure that one understood everything that was happening to them, the why and the how of that, whenever possible, you input to the discussion was taken fully into account. It was also a pleasant experience to have almost silent nights, with everyone taken care to avoid any noise. Thank you all for your excellent care.

Staff always available with a welcoming, supportive attitude. Very clean, much better food than I'd anticipated. Good liasin with the OT team. Discharge - could be improved as I was told different things (about a change of dressings) by different people - need to be constent.

Nursing staff very friendly and efficient! Only complaint would be male consultant seemed to not have a clue why I was here, I had to explain my condition treatment to him.

As far as I was concerned I could not have received better treatment any where. At the reception in A&E. Nurses in A&E. Drs in A&E. Drs and nurses on the ward. Thank you all.

The staff were caring, helpful and always smiling. Could do with a mirror in any and a soap tray in the shower. At base of shower coned be cleaned and the plug hole cleaned with a brush.
