The care I had was absolutely amazing. Both the day staff & night staff were all very helpful & considerate, explained what they were going to do & why. I have been in hospital many times & this was the best experience ever. Many thanks to all staff members.

Care here was 1st class all the time.

Politeness in all approaches, regular hot drinks, caring nursing, food always hot - good. 1) Delay in physio assessment resulting in almost an extra day in hospital. 2) long gap between "light supper" 5pm and breakfast 8am. 3) potatoes & pasts served in one dish - could be better.

Extremely friendly nursing staff. Can get but noisy at changoner time.
