Poor communication at times.
Lovely people.
Food was really good.
Staff were brilliant.
A bit cold sometimes.
Buzzers a bit annoying but altogether pretty good.
The nurses were kind willing to answer any questions I had.
The only negative thing is a lack of information. Told 1 thing but didn't happen. It's always nice to be kept informed on whats happening.
Very well staffed
Care was excellent but the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired.
Do not see how they can improve a system that was good the nurses could not do anything. Their nurseing was 200 percent and nothing was too much trouble they were very help full and nice.
Some nurse were like shining becons. They worked their socks espicially Christina from Spain!)Others seemed lack interest in the welfare of the patients and one was unnecessional officious (health care arst)
Meal was generally of poor quality, consisting of a dollop of something and a mountain of (usually) beam and carrots. As a cocliac,l took no please from the allergy menum this was in effect, in a curte`Choicac,I took no please from the allergy minim. This was in effect an a l carte`choice from 9 dishes for lunch , the same 9 dishes for supper and the id intial 9 dishes everyday twice a day.
Very good.
I was treated a an equal and with respect.
