Staff on ACU are lovely and the tea ppl are friendly and polite. Ward is clean and tidy.

- All staff members were attentive to needs, showed compassion, performed their duties in a professional & dignified manner. - Procedures were well explained prior to taking place - Clean environment as far as was possible Improvements - Food was not very appetising - Nurses sometimes forgot tasks that were to do done. Find a simple task management system. - A TV in the room would have helped to pass the time.
