Was informed of reasons for procedures.
The staff are exceptional.
I have had treatment at many hospitals and I have to say that Prescott Ward is by far the best. All staff from cleaners to nurses are fantastic & a credit to the hospital and proffesion. Nothing is too much trouble and the care and compasion they show in very difficult curcumstances is superb.
The staff were (mostly) really lovely and caring and offered nice support & TLC. Very grateful for this.
I found the lights being switched out so late at night sometimes a problem - but maybe that was just me!
Very dedicated and caring medical staff.
All the nurses work so hard. During the various procedures, the nursing staff were wonderful and was very helpful.
Not very nice having communal toilets.
The men's toilet should be separate from the ladies. Also, there should be extractor fans in the toilets to make them more hygienic.
Very good
Nurses were excellent, good care all round.
The care was brilliant that I recieved from everyone.

Cannot think of any way in which this service could be improved.
