I cannot fault any aspect of treatment staff, clear description of what was being done was given and I was asked all the time about pain level etc. All staff showed dedication to tasks at all times.
Well done.
All the staff on the ward are fantastic, from nurses to HCA & domestic staff very friendly and caring.
I appreciate that there is a lot of people to feed but the food could be improved.
Every member of staff was very willing to listen and to help.
I came in with big blisters butons plemiford and an uneven heart beat and in 5 days I am ok to go home. I have nothing but praise for the nurses who were efficient and kind. The NHS seems alive and well here.
The nursing staff was really nice and polite the Dr who looked after was most helpful.
The thing that I think could improve is letting the nurses more time with a patient. As they are always rushing about.
The care was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, staff are all lovely. The best ward by far!
The tea lady makes lovely tea.
All the staff/ auxillaries that I met were ery helpfull.
Built in fans for each bed as it was very warm in the ward.
