Lovely caring and understanding nurses. Not so chatty surgeons.
Maybe improve the communication between surgeon and patient.
All staff have been kind, caring and patience.
The only thing I find difficult is the noise and light over night.
Consultant was excellent in informing me of what was going to be done.
The only issue was the delay of several hours stuck in recovery unit due to lack of available bed. This then led to issue of both needing my spinal related meds but bogs being in another part of the hospital. Also needing toilet which resulted in staff having to take me to staff toilet. The senior nurse ( sue in recovery was excellent in coping with the problems.
One safety issue-Spanish nurses (7).
High level of care very helpful staff.
Every way!
Nursing staff
Great kindness and attention
Proficient staff.
Caring and helpful staff.
Nurses need more courses in diversity.
Too much time wasted with blood analysis at Bristol causing sprays and frustration to both staff and patients. Enforce no smoking outside premises.
Considerate
Consistent
No change to recommend
Happy and pleasant staff.
Alway ready to help and answer questions.
And very good sense of humour.
