The staff were kind with one exceptional.
The ward was kept clean and beds changed regularly.
Rather not room particularly at night.
One nurse who did the first tea of the day was very rude on several occasions.

The nurses and staff were brilliant.
Nothing was too much trouble they were the best, very kind and caring. I would spend time on prescott ward with a feeling of good care and attention.
