As a on gang patient. I have been so impressed with the care and hospitality of all the staff on Knightsbridge. Staff presented a happy disposition. Friendly and they worked as a team. Very much impressed. Making my stay so much better. I looked forward to talking to staff its good to see people when your unable to socialise on a regular bases. Best wishes to all. Thank you.

Everything, nurses were brilliant. No improvement needed!

Kind staff, felt well cared for and very respectful although nursing staff did seem quite busy, under pressure level of care in operating theatre was excellent. Only concerns was related to doct as wheat free food ie bread not available, which meant eating normal bread etc. This was ok for me but may have very adverse effects for others.

My day of discharge I waited from 9.30 am till 2.30 for an xray I then waited another hour for my medication to take home. I was told that the medication would be waiting for me on the ward after the x ray. It was not! I had hoped to leave the hospital.
